March 1, 2012 at 11:56 am

Did you know that Friends of MADACC partners with MADACC to deliver humane education presentations to teach youth compassion & prevent cruelty?

April is National Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month, and MADACC is offering increased humane education presentations in March, April, and May. MADACC’s trained humane education volunteers teach students the importance of being kind to animals, about special issues like dogfighting, and how they can help bring the message of compassion to their neighborhoods! Presentations can be tailored to a variety of different topics and age groups. For more information or to schedule a humane education presentation (in the Milwaukee area), email

In 2011, MADACC presented humane education messages to over 200 youth, teaching them to take the message of compassion to their communities. Kindness towards animals benefits everyone – people and pets – by creating safer and more humane communities.
